Test day

Test-day checklist.

Everything the exam notice says about getting in the door, one thing at a time. Tick them off as you get ready.

• Get your Admission Notice from your OASys Dashboard. The notice: "Your Admission Notice will be available on your Dashboard in OASys 14 days before the first date on which testing is expected to begin."
• Pack one valid ID with your photo and your signature on it. The notice: "To enter the test site, you must bring one valid (non-expired) ID that includes both your signature and photo."
• Check that the name on your ID matches the name on your application. The notice: "The name on your ID must match the first and last name used in your exam application."
• Know your phone and watch go into a sealed pouch until the exam is over. The notice: "Any of these items brought to the test site will be placed in a Yondr pouch and sealed until after the exam event"
• Leave headphones and earbuds at home. The notice: "Headphones and earbuds are also not allowed."
• Go alone: nobody can come in or wait inside for you. The notice: "you cannot bring anyone with you while being processed or taking the test, and no one is allowed to wait for you inside the Computer-based Testing & Application Center during the exam."
• Once you're fingerprinted, stay until you finish. The notice: "If you exit the site after being fingerprinted but before finishing the test, you will not be allowed to re-enter."
