We are seeking a manager to oversee employee services and records area, provide strategic and operational leadership for key HR functions, and ensure effective HR employee services and record management operations. The selected candidate will assist with various tasks included but not limited to:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of HR functions related to timekeeping, payroll, employee leaves, benefits, employee records, and personnel services.
- Manage and monitor leave management programs, including leave balances, timekeeping records, personnel actions, and employee data.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and timekeeping operations; coordinate with internal and external entities to resolve complex payroll and timekeeping issues.
- Manage audits and reviews of employee records, timekeeping, and leave management, ensuring timely corrective action and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee confidential personnel records, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with records retention requirements.
- Supervise and evaluate employee services and records management staff.
- Provide guidance and support to employees, managers, and leadership regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, payroll, timekeeping, and complex employee-related issues.
- Establish and improve policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze metrics and reports related to workforce attendance, leave utilization, employee records, and operational performance, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee information while ensuring appropriate access and timely responses.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
