Duties include but not limited to: • Invoice analysis - Curing of vendor submitted invoices, documents, issue a certificate of acceptance • Forward to field Supervisor of Elevator Mechanic for final review/amendments which confirms what work was and was not performed. • Vendor outreach - email correspondence, phone communication • Data storage - uploading invoices (share drive, spread sheets, Amended invoice tracker) physical copying & filing. Additional Information 1.
