***ONLY CANDIDATES PERMANENT IN THE CLERICAL ASSOCIATE TITLE WILL BE CONSIDERED*** The Clerical Associate selected for the position will perform tasks that may include but are not limited to: • Sorting and classifying mail received in the Unit • Routing invoices received in electronic inboxes • Electronic invoice tracking to provide status updates • Maintaining log of all payment vouchers • Create folders for new vendors as needed • Time stamp incoming mail and photocopy invoices to be routed for approval • Deliver and retrieve paperwork to and from ECS unit • Filing and archiving as needed • Retrieve records for attorneys in regards to FOIL requests • Special projects may be assigned as needed – all tasks are subject to change and modification to meet the needs of the unit
