As a Waiter/Waitress, you are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their encounter with the restaurant will become a memorable experience whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as: Welcome and greet guests as they arrive, escort them to their seats, provide menu for customers and explain the specials Engage with the guests, answer their questions and handle guest complaints positively & efficiently to ensure Guest satisfaction Skills Education Degree in Hospitality Management will be an advantage Should have Basic Food safety certificate Soft skill training certificates preferred and at least 1 year experience in same position Language Requirement Can speak and understand English
