Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and experienced waiter or to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast- paced environment. The primary responsibilities of this role include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and escort them to their tables

Present menus to customers and answer any questions they may have about menu items

Take food and drink orders from customers and ensure accuracy

Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure prompt delivery of food and drinks to customers

Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise

Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer needs and concerns

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as a waiter or preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
