– Share a monthly update highlighting competitors offering across different segments and channels
– Understanding existing customer segmentation (e.g. gainers and lapsers)
– Understand product comparisons, pricing, and channels
– Manage the execution of the segment calendar in a timely manner with best quality implementation
– Understand market gaps and support in identifying opportunities
– Support in insight mining and understanding of customer insights
– Attend customers initiatives implementation
– Support all segment related campaigns
– Initiatives tracking and updates
– Report KPI’s and success measures for the event activities.
– Assess campaigns effectiveness
– Share weekly initiatives tracking and reporting
– Daily follow up, communication and interaction with activation team
– Ensure third-party discipline and alignment with key stakeholders on execution
– Conduct weekly meetings with Activation team and ensure operating with discipline across all stakeholders
– Alignment with key stakeholders on cost efficiency
– Align and work with activation team to ensure best deals and quality of work and material
– Support in developing execution briefs and get it aligned by all stakeholders as per initiatives timelines
**Skills**:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Marketing / Operational role in FMCG / Business Background is Preferred
– Strong communication (verbal and written)
– Project management skills

– Hands-on and execution attitude with ability to drive change and make things happen.
