Sr. Generalist/Senior Officer.

QUALIFICATION and SKILLS: MBA in HRM or Equivalent, Excellent Communication Skills, High ethical values, Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Knowledge of principles, policies and practices of personnel and Human Resources administration.

experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in any reputed Company.

LANGUAGE: Bilingual – Ability to read, write and speak English required and Arabic preferred.

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Human Resources Management including IR, Labor Law, Human Resources Policies development and implementation, Compensation and Benefits Administration, General Administration, Facilities Management, Statutory compliance, Liaising with Government Officials. Personnel Management and HRD.
