– Development of spa and wellness services.
– Personalization of Spa Menu, Treatment Menu ( and market research, prices according to SPA)
– Support in the implementation of marketing and public relations pieces ( in conjunction with staff)
– Selection of equipment for spa use.
– Creat a daily goal plan with the team
– Elaboration of the Operations manuals of SPA
– Create Qulaity Control Manual
– Assist in the Sales, Marketing and Internal Control team
– Team Manual and Spa Dress Code
– Staff screening and interview of applicants
– Technical Training for Spa staff and sales team, ethics professional, employee periodic
– assuring the quality of both spa services.
– Ensure quality standards for spa
– Monitoring of activities and services provided by the spa
– Weekly and monthly reporting.
– Monthly sales, training and operations report
– Marketing review and analysis
– Seasonal campaigns and special promotions planning
General
All Botany Lab team members are expected to:
– Attend and contribute to all team meetings and Lab training sessions
– Project a positive and motivated attitude at all times
– Maintain a professional working manner in interactions with team members, customers and suppliers
– Have a thorough knowledge of all Botany products, services and facilities
– Carry out any reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
Personal
– Team members must arrive on time for their shift, and dressed according to the Botany Employee Handbook dress code guidelines.
– Team members are not permitted to smoke within 100m (or in sight line) of Botany Lab premises and must adhere to smoking regulations as listed in the Botany Employee Handbook
– Team members may wear clear or neutral coloured nail polish and jewellery should adhere to the guidelines within Employee Handbook
– Hands and nails must be cleaned frequently
Required qualifications, technical and personal skills
– Bachelor Degree qualification and higher
– Business / spa / ITEC/ CIDESCO certification
– Spa/ Hospitality industry experience
– Excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills
– Arabic language skills are an advantage
– Experience handling a multinational team
– Ability to manage negative feedback and complaints appropriately
– Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
– Intermediate to advanced MS office and Spa Booker skills
