Jacobs is supporting a Government organisation to help modernize and develop its communications network and part of this strategy is the implementation of a Nationwide Fibre Network. This includes the supply, installation and design of fibre optic projects at multiple locations (Central, East and West) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Substantial relevant work experience may be gained from experience on project and programme management and delivery. This would ideally include experience of different project management approaches e.g. agile and waterfall.
Key responsibilities & experience
– Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, at all levels within the organisation, to define and achieve mutual understanding of the scope
– Listen for, uncover, and resolve misunderstandings or disagreements about the scope
– Ensure all portfolio resources understand the scope as well as how it will affect other projects within the portfolio
– Production of project management artefacts
– Work with the team to identify and schedule all the work required to fulfil the scope
– Identify resourcing needs in line with the project plan
– Day to day management of the project

Bachelor’s degree level or higher in Engineering.
