As a receptionist, your main responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming visitors, answering and directing incoming phone calls, managing correspondence, and performing general administrative tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and professional reception area and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. In addition, you may be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with other administrative duties as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
