**Job Purposes**:
Control the operations of leasing in terms of researching and managing suitable tenants for a defined targeted market, to support sales operations effectively, aligning with business plans and objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities
– Control researching and determining the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
– Manage presenting and advertising available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials, to attract short-term and long-term suitable tenants
– Monitor providing information on all aspects of properties including expansion, zoning, and crime, to provide support and navigation of property market to tenants
– Participate in negotiation of leasing terms and conditions and close deals to support leasing operations effectively
– Liaise with tenants and related functions to support leasing operations
– Control making reports to summarize overall leasing to propose and improve team performance
**Qualifications**
– Have Experience in Real Estate
– Bachelor’s Degree in related field
– Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
– Have problem solving skill
– Have communication and negotiation skills
– Be able to coordinate and multi-task
