Direct Employer on Togetajob since 01/01/1970**Learning & Development Manager (F&B)** is responsible for planning, coordination, implementation, management and evaluation of all aspects of the Learning & Development programs. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position will be responsible in strategic planning and funding acquisition initiatives for the F&B industry that contribute to achieving industry goals in both primary agriculture and food and beverage manufacturing.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
– Plan, develop and supervise program content to meet the human resource and training needs of the F&B industry (food and beverage manufacturing and primary agriculture sub-sectors)
– Contract and supervise trainers to deliver approved educational and human resource programming for the F&B industry (food and beverage manufacturing and primary agriculture sub-sectors)
**Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**
– Post-secondary degree or certificate in Education, Food & Beverage and/or equivalent education and experience
– A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of adult education, training systems, learning systems/theories
– Must be knowledgeable in the F&B industry
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills including report writing, proposal development, and presentation and facilitation abilities
