IT NOC SPECIALIST/ ENGINEER

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• ITIL Foundation V2 or V3 certification would be very helpful.

• ITIL- knowledgeable and having capability of doing ITIL- based work.

• Experience working in the fast- paced televised media environment.

• Previous experience in IT Service Management working with any ITSM product although ITSM SCSM experience is preferred.

• Good background in Service Desk, NOC Monitoring, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, and Change Management.

• ISO 20000 ITSM certification. (Preferred not essential)

• A+, MCSE certification would be very helpful.

• Any other Technical- Support- related certification would be helpful.

• Certification in Microsoft (MCITP/MCSE/MCTS) and Cloud Computing Technologies is preferred.

• Citrix, AIX, Storage or Server management Certification is preferred.

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in IT domain, IT Support, Systems or Networking in mid- to- large enterprise preferred.

• Bilingual (Eng & Ara) With QID, Transferable with NOC, Immediately Available (2 Weeks)
