**Job Summary**
Support in propelling the organization brand’s image through consistent messaging and strategy. Participate in the development of brand collateral to developing external communications and marketing strategies, in addition to liaising with media to help the brand gain exposure international media.
**Main Accountabilities**
– Functional Accountabilities_
– Implement marketing and communications campaigns and strategies and monitor their success.
– Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign’s level of success.
– Create communications protocols and initiatives on an international level that will foster employee morale.
– Represent the organization at events and press conferences internationally along with other team members.
– Support in the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the organization’s brand, including white papers, website copy, and more.
– Launch campaigns and programs, obtaining needed support in executing marketing plans, and planning global events for large movements.
– Managerial/ Leadership Accountabilities_
– Set the department’s strategic objectives and operational plans and ensure the cascading of such to employees’ individual objectives.
– Direct the department’s budgeting process and provide the sector head with the department’s budget forecast.
– Monitor performance against budget and address variances.
– Actively manage talent management programs in own department to maximize employee performance and development.
– Identify human resources requirements and develop the business case for hiring, levels of rewards, and promotions for function employees.

Educational Requirements: Bachelors’ degree in public relations or marketing communications.
Field of Professional Experience: 12 years of relevant experience
