Job Title: Full- time Intern – Content Creator, Social Media Manager, Marketer, Sales, Business Development, Personal Assistant, and Project Management


Company Overview:

We are a fast- growing company that specializes in investments and real estate. We are seeking a full- time intern (perhaps a recent graduate or a young professional with own visa) who is passionate about content creation, marketing, sales, and business development, and is excited to learn and grow by applying his/her creativity and skills in business environment. You will work alongside the CEO and will be involved in a variety of business aspects.


Job Description:


As our full- time intern, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Creating social media content for our Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, website and other marketing channels. Particular emphasis on short length video content such as reels, shorts, etc.

You will be expected to come up with content strategies and ideas for each of the platforms and implement them upon management approval

Managing our social media accounts, including scheduling and posting content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing metrics

Creating and implementing marketing campaigns, designing marketing materials, analyzing campaign performance and making necessary adjustments as needed

Doing sales with lead generation, market research, and customer relationship management

Developing business strategies and researching potential new business opportunities

Assisting the CEO with any personal tasks

Managing projects and ensuring that deadlines are met


Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with content creation and social media management

Familiarity with marketing and sales techniques and strategies

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team, high stress tolerance, fast work

Strong attention to detail

Proficient in multiple softwares used for video editing and content creation, IT and WordPress skills are a plus

Fluency in English is a must

Drivers license is a plus (you can use company car)

Own visa (NO company sponsorship at this point)
