We need a to provide support to the sales team and the ideal candidate must have the ability to meet the needs of clients who need assistance.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft word.
Minimum 1yr experience in a role.
Hands- on experience in Administration.
Ability to learn & multi- task.
Roles and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
To provide front desk support & administrative support to the organization.
Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients.
To manage the day- to- day administration requirements of the company which includes general clerical.
Prioritize and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat, or instant message.
Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.
Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery.
Follow- up with callers on the complaint and/or question resolution status.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Perform other job- related duties requested by the management.
