Summary of tasks will include:
•To set up a customer service system to address/meet customer needs
•Build a team including setting up a call center unit
•Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
•Design and develop programs to promote value through customer experience
•Interact with customers and handle customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
•Build and maintain good relationships with customers
•Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate and collaborate with other teams to meet the goals
Bachelor degree and must have had 8- 10 years of solid Customer Service experience with atleast 4 years in managerial/supervisory level
Creative and innovative thinker
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Applicant need to be bilingual
Knowledge about logistics industry would be an added advantage
