YOE : 8 – 10 Yrs

Degree: Engineering degree – must have worked in Oil & Gas Sector

REQUIREMENTS: COMPETENCE / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline

• 8 to 10 years of relevant oil & gas sector.

• Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.

• Ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor complex teams.

• leadership skills that exhibit confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well.

• Ability to manage people that include decision making and staff planning and team dynamics.

• Strong prospecting/opportunity skills. Good innovative selling and servicing techniques.

• Demonstrates excellent self- management skills to include a high degree of professionalism, planning, and good judgment, Strong display of initiative and innovation.

• Ability to manage and meet client expectations.

• Exhibits strong customer service skills.

• Excellent communications to include oral, written, presentation, and listening skills.

• Excellent demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem- solving skills required.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and be part of the team.

• Demonstrated excellent strategic thinking in developing strategies to achieve organizational goals.

• Approaches leadership role with understanding of doing it right for the Company, the employees, and the customer. Highest ethical standards.

• Strong supporter of the organization’s goals and objectives.
