The Camp Officer shall be responsible for Administrative work across all the Camps. He will report to the HR Manager of his duties and responsibilities, which shall include but are not limited to the following;
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**1. **In charge of all housekeeping across all the Camps. Ensure rooms and camps are well maintained for staff use and cleanliness of all the common areas at the Camps.
**2. **Ensure all staff members are adequately housed.
**3.** In charge of the train room, ensure it is clean and that there is a planned way of tracking all the activities to be carried out in good time to ensure smooth operation.
**4. **In charge of finding out staff concerns on Kitchen operations and channeling them to the logistics manager.
**5. **In charge of staffs and visitors welfare.
**6.** Reporting all defects, shortages and maintenance of assets in the rooms in terms of plumbing, electrical and carpentry to the HR Manager.
**7.** In charge of all the housekeepers and laundry men at the camp level. Process their time sheets and help track their leave schedules.
**8. **On job training of the housekeeping crew on the basic procedures of cleaning.
**9. **Attend inter admin meetings in consultation with the HR manager.
**10. **Ensure compound cleanliness and hygiene is of high standards across all the camps.
**11. **Update the HR manager on staff movement in and out of duty station.
**12.** Monitor closely with the genset operators at the camps and update the relevant Officers appropriately for action to be taken.
**13. **Facilitation of visitors passes to enable them access the camps.
**14. **Allocate rooms to staffs accordingly.
**15.** Orientation of new staffs on the admin related issues.
**16.** Attend meetings on any compound related issues at the Camps and forward for attention to the relevant Officers.
**17.** Responsible for supervising security officers across all the camps.
**18.** Responsible for compound management across all the camps.
**19.** Prepares Annual Admin related reports while identifying trends and areas for improvement.
**20.** Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the HR manager.
**Job Requirements**:
**1. **Should have a least 3 years of work experience as a camp officer
**2.** good English communication skills in written and verbal
**3.** Good Asian communication skills in written and verbal (multi languages)
**4. **should have good work experience in all maintenance related issues such us plumbing, electrical and others
**5.** Should have good supervisory, leadership, problem solving, and incident reporting skills
**6.** Should have good housekeeping supervisory experience including but not limited to housekeeping and laundry services
**7.** Having a Qatari driving license will be an added advantage.
**8.** Should have a sound knowledge and experience in managing a camp catering services
