To provide support for all Sales and After Sales activities in the Lease and Rental Projects or Contracts by focusing on the objectives in an effective and timely manner to achieve customer satisfaction and maximize profitability in line with company objectives.

Coordinate and oversee the in- fleeting and de- fleeting work assignments with suppliers and customers to ensure all related processes are completed on time and deadlines are met.

Ensure the receipt of all new vehicles on a timely basis, from dealers and suppliers based on the requirement.

Ensure that all vehicles received from dealers or suppliers are in perfect condition with valid traffic registration, insurance, manufacturer warranty, maintenance booklets, user manuals, accessories and other related documents.

Perform timely updating of vehicle data such as fleet number, registration number, chassis number, color and other related technical specifications in the system.

Responsible to arrange Pre- Delivery Inspection (PDI) check in coordination with the Service center supervisors to ensure the readiness of fleet before delivering to the client.

Ensure that all technical and non- technical specifications of vehicles, any additional devices and accessories are fixed properly as per the client s official requirements.

Prepare and arrange to send pool vehicles or replacement vehicles to service centers for periodic maintenance or repairs as necessary to keep the maximum number of ready fleets within the pool all the time.

Maintain and update all records of fleet movements, non- revenue movements (NRM) in the system from one department to another or to clients in order to identify traffic penalties or any violations.
