Responsibilities:
Oversee the purchasing, stocking, and distribution of Japanese and Korean auto spare parts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
Manage a team of sales and customer service representatives.
Analyze market trends and make recommendations to upper management on how to stay ahead of the competition.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales and profit margins.
Ensure that all aspects of the business are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
5 + Years of experience in auto spare parts sales and management.
In-depth knowledge of the local auto spare parts market.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic business decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
