Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data to help inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents

Reconcile financial accounts and ensure their accuracy

Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to inform business decisions

Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax and sales tax

Provide financial analysis and forecasting to help inform strategic decision- making

Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

CPA certification preferred

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
